Default Can you be paroled to a house with a corrections officer

My boyfriend is being released shortly and wants to come home to my house. Everyone is totally fine with this decision but my brother who lives in the house works as a corrections officer. Is it against parole rules to live in a house with a corrections officer ?

Welcome to Prison Talk. His parole officer will have the answer. Another consideration is how your brother's employer will feel about it.

Generally speaking, I would not envision the parole side of the equation having an issue with it, but I CAN see the prison having a problem with their employee living with a released inmate. The exception will be if the relationship has previously been disclosed and the individuals knew each other prior to the incarceration...

It would be inappropriate for your b/f to parole to home in which any LE officer lives for any number of reasons.
