well some news. Some good, and one not so good.

She saw the counselor. She is well into the level 1 side of things. She scored super low.

Bad thing is she has a "hold" on her for another court. She called me crying and I asked her what the deal is and she revealed that she was picked up once on a FTA, but it doesn't sound right. I am hopeful its some kind of thing stuck in the system related to the original case and they can resolve it.

At the worst it could be some other case awaiting her to take case of?

Anyone know about a "hold"? I cannot find any case pending for her anywhere...

This has been a terrible roller coaster ride, and now I feel like another real steep downhill is happening again. I'm tired. I don't know what this means but it could be really bad of course.

Could the hold be from another state? See if she can write her counselor for more specific information on that case, so you can get it resolved.

Its from another county, orange county. Her counselor told her this. The counselor didn't reference the case number or anything. Or She didn't tell me. I don't know. There was alot of crying going on.

All I know is what she told me. She told me that she was picked up on a FTA on the original case shes now serving time on. If that is the case I can see it get resolved. If it is not the case and it is an entirely different offense, we will have some serious issues.

I hope you guys find the information you need to get everything resolved. Do you have any friends who are lawyers that may be able to guide you?

I put it in the hand of our attorney. He is going to dig for the information. I am kinda pissed though because my girl should know more than shes letting on. This is not trivial, and shes crying alot more than an error would warrant.

I can't help her if I don't have transparency.
