Default Post Supervision after a Max Out

Hello I have a question if anyone knows the truth to this I have never heard of it. My husband told me in a recent letter that even if he chose to max out he still will have a post supervisions is that true ?? I know if you make parole you will have that but wasn’t sure is that applies to a max out also has anyone heard of this ? Is it true or not any advice would be helpful at this point . Thank you in advance. I don’t know why they would have that after your max out on your date for release

Jenna's law requires it for violent offenders. When sentenced, they are given prison time and PRS. It is a way to keep an eye on them.

Yes it does apply. It is different from parole but handled through the same office.
