It is simply the listing of documents tendered during the acceptance of the plea. As part of a plea, there is a waiver of a number of rights, to include most issues on appeal. When the Court accepts the plea, the State still has a series of exhibits that are tendered and that comprise the record, to include the judicial confession and the plea of guilty signed by the Defendant. I am guessing that Obregon was defense counsel in the case, so the letter is likely conveying the fact that they explained the plea and that the client understood what they were receiving in return.

Costs are borne by the Defendant in most cases and are incorporated into the judgment. There is a supplemental Order that is often entered to allow the withdrawal from the Inmate Trust Fund in order to pay those costs.

What specific issues are you having with the very pro forma entries?
