Default 2011 House Bill 4704: Revise parole notification detail

Introduced by Rep. Paul Scott (R) on June 1, 2011, to revise details in the procedures and timetables the Department of Corrections must use when sending required notices to local prosecutors that a parole hearing will be held or parole has been granted to a person convicted of a crime in the their area.
  • Referred to the House Judiciary Committee on June 1, 2011.

if the PA can influence the PB's decision in a negative way will it have the oppisite effect? Meaning could the PA write a statement to the PB to influence a POSITIVE (yes) decision instead of a "No"? Not saying it would EVER happen, but it could...it definitely could.
