Default Questions about time percentages ... please read

I am not sure if I am in the right sub-forum or not.

I am wondering what the average percentage is given on 10 years for Armed Criminal Action in Missouri is for a first-time offender?

The hubby's first parole hearing is in July 2014, but we are not sure if he will be paroled or not and I am not sure of what to expect at all...

Any information would be great, thanks.

He must serve at least 3 years on the ACA charge. Beyond that and not knowing the circumstances and his history, it's hard to tell if he has a decent chance at parole. It's really hard to predict what the parole board will do anyway, but you should always try and hope for the best. Meantime, it would be beneficial if he stays out of trouble until his hearing and if they offer any helpful classes, it would be a good thing if he could take some to show the board he is trying to change.

Default percentage of time for DWI

If they are sentenced to so many years and then told possibly a certain percent that they will have to serve, is there a possibility that time will be shortened; the percentage time?
