There have been a couple instances when the phones were turned off by a co who forgot to turn them back on. also, I guess that GTL is turning off the phones remotely at certain times (count, meals, etc) now. Though if it's affecting both of them, it's likely a compound wide issue isn't it?

No phone call from my tonight yet either. He has always told me...if I worry, just always give it another day or two. If you are REALLY WORRIED, you can always call and ask the attendant who answers the phones, or ask for the shift captain or case manager. I would give it a day or two before I call. I think I have only called maybe one time in 2 years.

i saw this post and now i am wondering. was talking to my honey tonight and the phone cut off in the middle of our call and he tried to call me back and gtl disconnected right before i had to press zero. he never called again.... hmmmm.....
