Default PE/TE Date Questions.

My boyfriends PE/TE date was 9/25/2013 when he was waiting in the county jail. He just got sent to Ouachita River Unit yesterday, and his PE/TE date dropped down to 2/25/2013. Will it drop more or is that pretty much how far it will go down?

It will change as he gets his classifications and if he takes any classes. But it can also change for the bad if he gets in trouble or looses his classification.
Hope that helps.

It depends on what he's charged with and what the sentence is. I PM'd you. If this is his first time I go to prison while he's at intake he can ask them about doing boot camp and he would be out ALOT sooner. Also, certain classes can take time off. I am almost willing to bet that that date is pretty accurate to when he will be getting out. They're usually pretty good at keeping up on all that.

Can any inmate ask for boot camp no matter what his charge is or how long he's expected to spend in prison? Or do they have to wait unitl after hoe squad to ask for anything?

You have to ask for boot camp while in intake. Intake is now at Malvern... So as soon as they get there, they need to bring up boot camp. I'm not sure of the qualifications, but I know for sure that it has to be their first prison sentence.

It depends. A couple of the qualifications are it can't be a violent or sexual crime and it has to be their first time in.

I did Boot Camp- They can request an application at anytime for Boot camp, it doesnt have to be in intake. You must be sentenced on 10 yrs or less must be a first time offender non violent crime and cannot have manafacturing if it is a drug charge.
