Here we call it a 'pocket'. I've had several that were pretty good! But I can't do the ones with tuna. It's funny, I was missing him tonight so I had Ramen with crunched up cheese crackers for supper. My son makes a pocket about once a month or so. It makes me smile, 'cause my guy taught him how before he went back in. I can't drink that coffee/koolaid thing - he calls it a Bombay. I hadn't heard of the one with coffee grounds, but I did have to learn to drink my coffee really strong, or else make it myself!
