Since his parole date has passed and also his work release date, he will more than likely get out on his release date.

It's difficult for us to help when we don't know what he was sentenced for or what ACT he was sentenced under. His rap sheet should have all the information you are seeking.

Exclamation Time expected

My daughter was sentence to 20 years without probation and parole. Charge attempted murder. She got into fight with friend and she shot her. shots were fired on both sides. She is a first time offender and has never door jail time. No detainers as far as I know. ( not sure what that is.)
She has done 11 years come Feb. 2017. How much more time does she have? Also would like to know if any thing I can do to get her out early. She has not been back to court since her trial.
Any advise is helpful. I don't know anything about the court system.

* total number of years sentenced
* violent or non-violent offense
* 1st time offender, 2nd time offender, 3rd time offender, etc...(will say if the inmate is eligible for parole or not)
* any detainers
* extra charges for probation/parole violations
* and any other helpful information that you can think of

ACT 1099 rap sheet says earliest release is 2022, but he is in work release and in classes to reduce his time . Welding class and substance abuse class he has 4 weeks left.
