Default How much time can the Judge give on a 3rd parole violation?

Hello ladies I have a question I hope you can help me my boyfriend is locked up on a parole violation he's a persistent parole violator this is his 3 Rd time violating on this term does anyone no how much time he can get the judge told him the next time it will be a year do judges forget what they say from a while back just wondering

How much was his original sentence? Any new charges?

No new charges 2 1/2 to 5 yrs he maxes out in 15 months

He can max out in 15 months. Time sitting in county lockup will count towards that.

Oh okay he told me they can't hold him past 12 months but he can refuse to sign his parole papers so he can Max out I told him it's the best thing for him to do come home no parole I no it's easier said then done I'm not the one sitting in there but if you no that you can't do parole it might be the best thing

Hes wrong. They can hold him to his max date for the original bid, and if he had PRS, they can hold him through that if his disciplinary inside calls for it.

I have a question he goes to his parole hearing on the 28 if this month will he automatically get Willard if he had a dirty urine but it's his 3 rd violation for this bid I don't no how it works judge told him last time that he will get a yr next time he sees him back there he also had a curfew violation and he got kicked out of rehab

Yea thats the problem he is swearing they are going to give him Willard or 6 months said they are going to move him to a category 3 to a 2 I really don't think he's getting Willard I spoke to an attorney he told me he's a persistent parole violator and anything after 2 violations you can't get willard

Let him swear and when court happens you'll see the outcome. He is running his mouth. Let him. Dont argue. No one can control it. Judge will make his decision and that will be it.

Yea I told him I can't live this life anymore who would want to live like that he does better in prison then in the real world sad but true
