Default Proposed House Bill regarding parole eligibility!!

Check this out...a proposed house bill filed yesterday for the 2012 legislative session. It drops the 85% for violent crimes to 50%!!!! Yes FIFTY!

Crap, won't let me post the link. Google Louisiana Legislative Session 2012, click on session info on the main page, sort by House of Criminal Justice and it's at the very bottom of the page.

Louisiana is financially in trouble, I'm sure it will be amended over and over again and probably won't end up passing, but at least it's a step in the right direction.
