Default Can I send several letters in a Manila envelope? I want to overnight them

This question has probably been asked and answers but can I send several letters in a Manila envelope? I want to overnight them and I dont Want to pay $60 for 3 letters. Thank you!

I would call the prison where he's placed & ask. Also, the people at the DOC can answer your question. I have always found them helpful. The number is 404-656-4661. Before you spend the money to overnight them, I'd make sure it's ok to do. Many locations also have the Jpay email available. They "sell stamps" that you use to email them & it costs about as much as a letter. Just remember all correspondence & calls are reviewed.
