Default Husband being released from C.I.P NEED ADVICE!

My husband is in the Challenge Incarceration Program in Willow River, MN and is set to be release on ISR in 8 days. I still haven't met with his agent to get our house approved and I am very worried it won't be. I was given a Stay of Adjudication for a felony and am currently on probation. I have complied with all the terms and am about to be released onto Administrative Probation. It has nothing to do with my husbands change and I just want to know if anyone knows about this and if they will deny him coming home because of this? We have been married over 9 years and this is our house that we are buying together. When I do a search, I cannot find anything about my charge. Will he be able to come home to our house? I am seriously freaking out here. The judge gave me this so he would be able to come home. What do I tell the agent if I'm asked about it?

While I cant help with your specific questions, my advice is do not lie. If you do, they will find out and it will go very badly. Best to be honest and upfront.
By agent, Im guessing you mean the person that looks at your husband's release? If so, have you tried to contact that person? Maybe they can't get hold of you? Or ask your husband to find out whats going on.

I think if he doesn't have anywhere to go right away then he will most likely go to a halfway house. Are you two married? If so u have a lot more rights and they cannot keep u two apart for long just stay positive and focused.
