Nope. That's what the notarized affidavit is for

It shouldn't be too hard. The coun are jus lazy so you have to remind them. You could try to request it first. Call la palma. Press 0 and ask to speak to chaplin Lopez...be sure to ask for his extention. I have it at home. Ill message it to u tonight. Tell him I told you to call. Mandy Nguyen, his very first wedding ever . in May.

Fyi your in 909 right? My friend does notary if you need it. And ill be certified in about a month

If it was in the packet and you already had it done then you will not need to go back and forth to court. You should be able to jus go to court and pay for and pick up your license that Monday.

When I got married getting a notarized paper was a NEW procedure. So la palma tried to push my date to a month later jus to get that paper work done.

But myself and another girl said no so we drove that day in order to get it done in time. I jus wasn't sure if the Chaplin put a copy in the packet or not. Because originally the court clerk said we had to pick up the paper from court ourselves that's why they wouldn't mail or fax it to us -_-

Congratulations on the engagement and wedding to be!

Okay..
Now this may be a dumb question..
But when you ladies received your packets..
Was the front page of the packet just a blank page that
Read "LA PALMA WEDDING PACKET" ??
Im asking because I have a girl claiming to have received marriage
Papers from my fiance & im just wondering if what she sent me a picture of
Is real..

Our Marriage packet was just APPROVED and I'm not sure is I should have a minister perform my wedding or Justice of the peace. Does anyone know how much does a justice of the peace cost?

Hi Ladies, Me and my man have been going through the approval process and its been taking forever I have already sent the packet twice and he still has not gotten it. If anyone has any information on how the packet process works, for example will he receive it and be informed if it's approved? Or do I get a call? Who can I call to check if they have received the packet? Any information would help, Thank so much

Here is the link to the county clerk's office for Pinal County, Az. http://www.coscpinalcountyaz.gov/marriage-license.html
The license will be 76.00...then whatever the charge is for the person performing the wedding.
