Default On bench probation, so they're denying my visiting application

Hi all,

I'm new to this site
I'm on bench probation, so they're denying my visiting application. They said I just need to have th judge sign off on a form to approve me, but I'm unsure of what form they're talking about? I have the appeal form which isn't what she needs to sign off on but I'm just lost on who to contact to figure this out or anything. Please help! He's in snake river by the way. Thank you

Welcome to PTO, not glad you need us, but glad you found us.

I'm not sure what the visiting applications office was talking about either. I know it's very difficult, if you're still on paper, to get on someone's visiting list, especially if you're not either a blood relative or married to him, and even then it's not easy.

I would call the main visitor's phone line and see if you can talk to a different person to find out what form the first person was talking about. If the first person was saying "you just need the judge to say you're off bench probation", that's not going to be terribly useful unless the judge thinks you should come off bench probation.

Sorry, these situations are so unique and tricky to navigate. I've never heard of this version before. But chasing people by phone calls (where they can't blow you off as easily) has always proven to be the best way I've found to get answers.

Good luck to you!
