Default 120 ITC: When does the 120 days start? Can he complete it earlier?

My boyfriend was sentenced to 120 ITC in Fulton. I can't seem to find a clear answer of when his 120 days begin. I've also been told by a PO and his attorney there is a chance he will only have to do around 80 days. Does anyone know?

From what I can tell, his 120 days will start when he begins the program. I'm assuming there may be a little wait time for the program to actually start.

days prior to the entry date.

There was more than one program that was referred to as "120 Days." But they all had the above statement.

I'm not familiar with Missouri, but as a rule there is usually at least some wait time for a program.

I hope he does well and is Home soon!!
