Default How do I know if/when someone is coming up for parole in FL?

How can u tell if someone has possible parole or not ? When I look up info on Florida department of corrections it has the life sentences listed but that's all it says . How do I know when and if someone will be able to get out?

last I heard they dont have parole in florida.. its a flat out date.. and you can get at the FDOC website under their DC number its listed right there or have it alert you on vinelink. it will notify you of any moves as well.

Yes I am on the vine network and I get alerts all the time that hes gotten moved.for instance he was moved on the 15th then again yesterday the 16th. Do u know why someone would be moved so often if they have multiple life sentences and have been in for about 18 years already.
So if it says life that means hes got no possibility of getting out?

unfortunately yes that's what that means in Florida. a friend of my mans at his prison has life from a crime that happened over 20 years ago and hes trying to fight for a sentence reduction because he was 19 when it happened and now in his 40s but its not looking too good, another guy is at the same camp with 3 life sentences and has been moved a few times due to his crime and the people not exactly happy about it so to keep him safe they move him if anything starts arising. If hes gotten in some trouble they may move him around til hes somewhere where he wont be trouble. or have issues with anyone and it follows... ive seen people "check in" to be moved when they rack up debts and dont have the means to pay to avoid getting hurt.. not trying to worry you if its your loved one just giving you reasons why I have seen people moved a bit. if he put in a transfer and its approved they will move him too.. and it will do check ins at every stop along the way to his final stop. (for example my man was at RMC for reception, then went from there to NFRC then to Okaloosa and vinelink checked him in at each place.) sorry if this is confusing. you can PM me if you need..

In Oregon, that's called "diesel therapy".
