Default Parole Violation and PO violation statement

My fiances PO completely railroaded him and convinced him to waive his preliminary hearing. She also wrote an extremely biased violation report, in which I have evidence to disprove a majority of her statements. Some of her statements included that he has "minimally attempted to gain employment" and that he has passed all drug screens but "feels as though he used illegitimate measures". She also did not include that he is enrolled in college full time and that she has made no attempt to assist him with obtaining employment (which is part of her responsibility as a PO, she is NOT just a peace officer). He is an immigrant and therefore, faces additional hardships finding employment. He had been to six interviews and had applied to over 200 jobs on an internet employment search engine, which I have printed along with his class schedule for next semester. He also attempted by enrolling with three different employment agencies and went to the One Stop Center in our county. How can I get this information to the Parole Board. We have attempted to contact Inmate Services several times and his hearing is this Monday!!!

At this point, fax it. Fax everything you have and hope it isn't too late. Letters need to be there at least a week before the hearing (in Ky). Good luck to you both.....hopefully someone with better advce and/or who knows the system will be along.
