Aggravated assault w/ a deadly weapon.....He got 10 years but luckily he will come up on parole in 2015 after 5 years.

He was actually about to be jumped by 3 dudes....he pulled out a gun and shot two of them (one in the shoulder the other in the hand) the third ran. He was WRONG for having a gun but sometimes I wonder if he didn't have it would he be dead? Cause no telling what they would have done to him...Hmmm it's something I think about DAILY.

But I LOVE my inmate and we can't wait until he gets home:-)

Unlawful Use or Possession of Weapons by Felon. Hopefully he can get a deal since he only had bullets and not an actual gun. I'm so very angry with him about this!

He got 14 years, but at 50% he has 7. He served 4 1/2 already so 2 more to go. This is not his first time around and the crime was drug related and property.

burglary of an occupied dwelling and grand theft (300-5000)
but he was the "lookout" so it was party to the crime. he couldnt pay restitution like the guy who actually stole everything.. so he got 5 in and 15 out where the other guy got 3 in and 10 out with 11k in restitution

Yepp my friend is in prison because of all the stupid sh*t he was doing with his friends. They influenced him to make such bad decisions, but it's his own fault. He's doing the time and they got away with it. They don't even write or send him messages with the people who do actually go to see him. That breaks my heart. Just a bit of advice for everyone: choose your friends wisely!!!!!!!

Threats against his son's mother and her family. He was never allowed to be in his child's life so he got angry and said many things he shouldn't have. Never thought it would land him in prison for 2.5 years

My guy, his sister, and two other people robbed a drug dealer. So there's multiple charges in that alone. He got pinned for armed robbery as well even though a) he did not have (let alone know) about the gun and b) the gun was a beebee gun... It was the other kid who had the beebee gun and jumped the drug dealer, and I guess the assault and the fake gun were not part of the 'plan'. I KNOW it was very wrong of him to be there in the first place, but no part of it was to be violent; he was not in on that. I guess they were just supposed to go in and get out and it didn't work out that way. It all just sucks. :/

Yeah that does really suck. Even if you have a toy gun or something, it's still considered armed robbery. It's a shame tho cuz he wasn't even the one with the gun.

Originally back in 2007 he was convicted of sexual misconduct with a minnor...Which was braught on because he was in a serious relationship with this girl(they both lived with her parents during the relationship!) but when they broke up and he moved out her and her family played dirty. And ever since then hes been on probation which he got violated on last year which caused him to get house arrest and to restart his probation and now because he didnt have the money to finish paying his house arrest they violated him and he has to finish his sentence in DOC.

Mine just NEVER did anything he had to for probation such as. Classes community hours etc. In and out of jail since '08 just because violations. He had a really nice judge who always gave him a chance. Finally the last time they told him they will let him go if he does his programs if not straight to prison. And a year later, he's in prison >
