JT's biggest offense is trusting someone that he would have given his life for...you learn a lot about those that claim are your "boys" when you're facing 13-26 years....

I'm so sorry to hear this. My friend is dealing with the same thing. He's in prison and "his boys" are running around free. Not fair.

Yeah, it's not fair. The one...who was like a brother has had very little contact with him. I get angry about it...cuz, if it wasn't for JT...his a** would be behind bars...but what can you do, ya know?

My man is going down for yet, another DWS/REV, and DUII. He did get another new charge, which I am not sure how that will work out, but it was for hit and run. The vehicle he hit was a double tractor trailor semi, so there was no massive damage, only to my vehicle.

So, he is sitting in the county jail waiting to see his PO and get a court appointed attorney to see where this all leads.

I am in Oregon by the way!

Default Hi ItIsWhatItIs

I have asked myself the same question about my finace. I believe he thinks he is invinsible when he is trashed, because that is the ONLY time he drives. I am not sure why he keeps choosing to get drunk and operate a vehicle, and I will probably never know.

All I know is he is a wonderful man and would do anything for those he loves.....and that is what makes it easy to ride this ride with him, once again. We went through this a year and a half ago, and he was gone for 11 months, but he also recieved elgibility for programs. That means he entered a drug/alcohol progam and shortened his sentence. He was actually sentenced to 24 months, but with the program, he only did 11.

So frustrating....he believes he will get at least 33 months this time around. I doubt that he will be able to get into another program, since that last one did not work.

I have rambled enough, thanks for reading

Haha don't worry, you can talk all you want. I know people who also think nothing will happen when they're drunk. You didn't learn the first time u got a DUI?? I don't understand people. I hope you guys make it through this tough time. I know it's hard.

Grew some marijuana...a lot of 3-4 inch high seedlings. And a good quantity from a previous grow packaged and sorted and in a freezer.

My fiance is in for probation violation. He was 11 days away from being off probation, got arrested from battery on law enforcement (which he just knocked the officer off balance), obstruction of legal process. Long story short, he had his kids that day and his ex wife decided she wanted them back out of the blue. He put up a fuss and refused and got arrested. He had a felony from 2009 of criminal threat, which was towards himself. I swear they will twist any fricken law. But he was sentence tuesday to serve the rest of his time. Which is 5 months. He should be released around july 4th of this year.

Wow! My fiance is falling, once again for DWS/REV Felony. I thought I was the only one in this situation. We are thinking (according to the grid), that he will get sentenced to anywhere from 24-36 months, with no programs available this time around. We will see, as he is still sitting in county jail waiting to see his PO, and get a court appointed attorney.

He did 11 months, right after we met, and got into a drug/alcohol program, which he got through, but got arrested last Friday (4-14) for DWS/REV felony, DUII, parole violation, and a new charge of hit and run. I am thankful there were no injuries in the hit and run, only my truck being trashed.

It would be great to connect with you and share our stories.

Guys, when will they learn

Car jacking, kidnapping, asault and battery w/great bodily harm, home invasion with the intent to commit a crime, and holding a hostage. He took 5 years with a plea of burgelry at 85%. Fired all four public defenders and defended himself.

My brothers first time in prison is for putting his hand around his girlfriends neck. He didnt leave a mark but she made it more than it was. He took a plea and got 4 years but he thinks he will be out this time next year.

Grand theft and possesion of a firearm during a felony. He was sitting in his car the entire time and had his concealed permit, so he had a gun on his hip. He got the longest sentence out of everyone involved, a year for each charge. The store employee who planned the whole thing, had the items prebagged and made the fake 911 call got 10 months
