Default What is a " Chicken Wing" ?

A holding cell at Bo Robinson is called a " Chicken Wing". Does anybody know why? I have been there 2 times and might be able to answer a question you might have. I went 1 time to drop off clothes, and a couple of weeks ago for a visit.
