Default 1st infraction added 6 months to bf sentence

Boyfriend in prison at Polk for probation violation. Got into a fight, 1st infraction. Now his projected release date is 11/09/2015 . It originally was 04/18/2015. He spent 15 days in the hole. Now what ? Is that his new release day just for fighting ?

They didn't add anything to his sentence - they can't. What they can do is take away his earned good time/credits for misbehaving. It may change yet again, as he earns more good time, takes courses, or misbehaves again.

So is that new release date of 11/09/2015 correct as of now ? Or did they just change it to that because that's the max he can do due to the infraction ?

No idea. I don't know anything about their internal procedures.

The release date can extend all the way to max-out/maximum release date or reduce based on credits earned while incarcerated. They can't actually add new time to a sentence once he is serving on a conviction though.
