Default Ocean County parole

I am looking for information on parole in Ocean County Jail. My boyfriend received 364 days in Ocean County Jail. He is working in the kitchen, taking classes, trying to be on best behavior... do anything he can to get out earlier. This is his first time in jail (he’s 37) but he did have probation in 2007 which he made good on. He has a long list of arrests, but those are the only two that stuck. He took a plea bargain, not sure how much that factors in. My questions are- my understanding is parole eligibility is 1/3 of the time, is this from 364 day, from his good time days, do they subtract his work days? What else can he do to help him get parole? What are the chances of him being released on parole? What do they take into consideration for parole?

He is also trying to move up and get outside work (I forget what he called it, IW?). So far he hasn’t, what are the chances of him moving up? Anything he can do to help move up?

Thanks for any help.

My suggestion is go to app.com . Look for the "Data Universe" feature. Use the Data Universe feature to search for information about Ocean County inmates. Search for your boyfriend. If he has been sentenced, you will most likely see his scheduled release date listed on there.

Prisons have parole, the county has completion of time and probation.
One possible early release opportunity is: ISP - Intensive Supervision

"Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) Unit. Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) special parole programs provide alternative, intermediate forms of community-based correctional supervision, allowing some offenders to serve sentences outside the traditional prison settings"
Your guy applies for this with the jail social worker. The application is reviewed by a committee and then a judge. I know many people who have been given an early release to ISP.
