Default Fiance in Stateville waiting on parole board: How long for release?

My fiancé got sent to stateville on a parole violation for police contact. He did get arrested but they could never charge him in our county. He is supposed to see the parole board on September 11th. His parole officer already told him that he was not violating him and that the parole board was going to send him home. So I guess my question is how long after he sees the parole board on September 11th in stateville before he will get to come home and he was off parole in December so will he still be on parole? And I must add that I cannot stand the Stateville reception area. He has been there since 08/01 and I have gotten 1 letter and he is only allowed to call on Mondays for like 10 minutes. What is that about because It completely sucks not being able to hea from him but once a week for 10 minutes.

Some states do not allow phone calls or visits at all during reception, others allow calls but no visits, etc and I'm sorry the your fiance isn't allowed to call more often or for a longer period of time

I can't answer your question about exactly when he'll be released, but I can tell you that there is a very good possibility that the clock stopped on his parole time after his arrest, or at least at some point. My best guess is that, yes, he'll still be on parole. For how long will depend on when the clock stopped and when he's released.

He was never charged with any new charges and was already told by the parole board and his parole officer that he was going home. I'm just wondweing how much longee he is going to be away from me and our kids. Thus all seems like a huge waste of time.
