Default Questions: DOC records, visitation at LSCC,and ordering shoes

Newbie here. You have been warned. My LO is in Little Sandy, KY.
He just asked me if I could find out info about having his time run together instead of separately one after the other. He said a friend told him that his mother had found the info online and got the form online to fill out. I have no idea where to even look. He's been waiting on the guy to give him the website as to where to look, but the guy keeps forgetting to get the info from his mom. I told him I'd try to find out something on here.
Is there a place online to get the paper to be filled out for visitation?
I've been trying to order some basketball tennis shoes from Securepak and they keep showing they are out of stock/not available. Site shows they should be available on 4-30-19. That date has come and gone and still the shoes aren't available. I have tried "chatting" w/them and was told that they restock every 2 wks, but many items they are still out of. Is this the norm for them?

Hi and welcome.

There isn't any forms online about changing a sentence from consecutive to concurrent. He can try to file a CR 60.02 in the court of his conviction and it will be up to the judge. Those rarely happen though.

DOC website with visit info. The visit form is at the end.

I can't really answer the shoe question but it does sometime seem they are out of some things more often than having them.

CR60.02 is for Judicial Error. rCR11.42 is for Ineffectual Assistance of Council.

The best thing they can do is talk to the Legal Aides at LLCC and file a motion to the sentencing court to get the sentence changed from Consecutive to Concurrent. The Legal Aides can assist them in filing this.

Actually, grounds that can be raised in a CR 60.02 motion are:
(a) Mistake, inadvertence, surprise or excusable neglect;
(b) Newly discovered evidence by which due diligence could not have
been discovered in time to move for a new trial under Rule 59.02;
(c) Perjury or falsified evidence;
(d) Fraud affecting the proceedings, other than perjury or falsified
evidence;
(e) The judgment is void, or has been satisfied, released or discharged, or
a prior judgment upon which it is based has been reversed or
otherwise vacated, or it is no longer equitable that the judgment
should have prospective application; or
(f) Any other reason of an extraordinary nature justifying relief.
