Laides it's ok to loose it and go off sometimes. Thats our way of getting through this shitty situation, let's face the facts we wear many hats and we stay emoitional because we worry from day to day if our men are ok. But we have to stay strong and stay positive. We can do this!!!! Hell we been doing this we are strong and we need to stay strong for our men they love us and we love them we just cant have them right now but its not forever always keep that in mind it's n.o.t forever!!!!

Yes it was... and no contact for the month of May I guess my husband didnít know that he didnít mention it Iím glad I saw this because the little one and I was going to hit the road the weekend but Iím not even about to waste time trying to run up there we have 3 months left my best bet is to to just write and send pictures everyday Iím tired of them and these lockdowns other prisons rarely ever stop visitation due to lockdowns.

I know thats right!!! It makes no sense and what they dont realize it's more work on them if they keep the inmates locked down. And what will they gain by non-contact visits??? NOT A DAMN THING

From what the ladies in group are saying everyone got a notice and supposedly they are doing this to work on the visitation room. Maybe they will fix the vending machines while they are in there, also the visits are only 2 hours..

Hello All! 👋New to PrisonTalk. Just wanted to ask if anybody has heard about the memo distributed to the inmates today regarding visitation? Apparently starting on the 25th anybody wanting to share a kiss will have to allow a guard to inspect your mouth first. There were no other specifics referencing the 2 hour time limit. Does anybody else have more to share? Any light is much appreciated!!!

Default Frustrated

Tried calling numerous times to try to gather information about memorial weekend but nobody would answer the phone. I just want to know if they're still limiting the visit to 2 hours or is it back to 8:15 - 3:00. What have you heard, if anything at all? It's a long trip from Texas for only 2 hours.

For those interested, I finally have answers. Memorial weekend will still be a non contact weekend and limited to 2 hours either Sat/Sun (depending on unit color) and Monday will be first come first serve, also for a 2 hour window. Wishing you all a blessed day and the strength to support your incarcerated loved one.

Ok ladies i got an update on visitation, they are still on non-contact and its only still a 2 hour visit but whenever they come off non-contact the rules for vedinding machines has changed. We will only be able to go purchase the food and then take it and sit it infront of the co's then we are to go back to our seats then our guys will have to go up to the co's station and open all of the food themselves and they will have to bring it back to the tables and my guy said they will start checking our mouths and stuff before they take us back.. Stay strong ladies i will be so glad when this non-contact shit is done and over with
