I don't know of any buses..but i do know there is an amtrak outta chicago that stops 15 mins from the prison. Not sure if it stops in bloomington either. I do know that its only a $30.00 train ride each way from chicago. I have a car..but for me its a 6 hour drive. I haven't seen my man in almost a year either. I would check the train schedules in your area. It stops in duQuoin, IL. then there is a cab that goes from duquoin to pinckneyville for $15 each way. Good luck!!!

Supposedly they will be able to shop from commissary this week coming only $30 worth and once the CO's have done all the shakedowns on all the rooms they will then lift the Lockdown and start movement again.. I cant wait for that, it hurts knowing they are going through all that. My H just was transfered and the same day they went on lockdown so it's been hard for him to get what he needs he dont even know that place!!
