Default TASC unit

Does anyone know what TASC unit at WRDCC stands for?

Thank you! That is where they have my husband and I dont know what the difference in that vs. ad seg, or protective custody is.

He's there for his protection and to protect his identity but in the past he was in ad seg. for protective custody.

Do you know what the difference in the Tasc unit is vs. ad seg for protective custody?

From what I understand, TASC is where you are placed in segregation when there have been no charges or violations (CDV's, Fighting, Etc) involved or for protective custody purposes. Regular Ad Seg is when there has been an infraction or violation of rules. I guess this is how they (in their terms) distinguish the type of ad seg the offender is on.

The difference is that they are not celled in the same block as each other.
