Default Will David D. get a new trial?

I hope David gets a new trial. I do not see how he can't. The lead investigator in the case and the lead prosecutor knew of evidence that could have helped this man and did not give it to the defense. Deters (a former attorney) is asking everyone who had a case where this lead detective for Boone County Ky. was involved to have their case looked at by an attorney.
