Default How long before his PED will he need an address for the home plan?

I'm currently staying with family to save money so just trying to gauge how many months prior to his PED I should be getting a home address that we will live at once he's released.

Thanks in advance

depends on the type of sentence. typically parole wants a valid address atleast 3 months prior to release. also consider that unless he has an 85% sentence just because his ped comes up doesnt mean that he will be released on that date. they can deny you parole and give you a hit for however many months they choose. hope this helps

Thank you! I was hoping 6 months would be plenty so looks like that should work. Also, I am aware he may not actually be released at his PED but he is sentenced with NERA so will be at the 85% mark, we are hoping for the best :-)
