Default Probation case ending/restitution not paid

Hi everyone. I have a phone hearing scheduled because I have a case that closes in 4 months and restitution is not paid. The lady told me itís an ECP hearing? Does anyone know what ECP means? She told me the judge will call me for my scheduled hearing to make sure Iím on a proper payment plan. I have a little over $2000 left on this case for restitution. My original order was for $50 a month. Does anyone know if they will ask me questions and what questions I will be asked? Thank you for any help.

Arrow Gagnon I hearing for failure to pay fines prior to case ending?

Hi. I have a scheduled hearing to review my income and expenses because my case ends in 3 months and restitution is not paid in full. It also said this will also act as a Gagnon I hearing. Why would they schedule me for a pre-violation hearing prior to my case ending? I still have 3 months to pay off the restitution which doesnít make sense to me... someone help me please?

Hi there - I am sorry nobody has responded to your questions; I merged your two threads as they appear to be about the same issue. Hopefully someone familiar with this subject will chime in shortly.... If you don't get any replies in this community I would suggest you seek advice from an attorney locally

The hearing is to determine your ability to pay. Judges are required to hold one whenever it appears you might not have money to make payments. The judge can forbear payments for a period of time, reduce payments, or order you to continue on the current plan. It's important to bring any documentation of your finances with you to aid the judge in determining your current ability to pay.
