Default Hwh / hc ?

So if an inmate gets a confirmed date. Does it change the release date i.e. BOP Inmate locator? I've seen it mentioned. But I'm thinking if they are still considered under BOP then it wouldn't change that release date.

I hope I'm making sense with this question.

The release date on the web site bop.gov is not binding. The only date that will matter to you will be organized by the DSCC and given to you by hard copy. It will track your sentence and your good time compensation. It is straightforward and a simple record of the days you have served and your release date (assuming you keep all the allotted good time.)

The date shown on the bop Inmate Locator is the "end of sentence" date, so it is not affected by either half way house or home confinement, when they are still in bop custody, just not in a prison.
