Post Drug Policy Reform

I am not sure if anyone has posted this already...I didn't see anything about when perusing this thread..

This is an interesting article about how the Obama Administration is trying to view the drug problem through a different lens. As many of our loved ones have issues with drugs, I thought it was a good read. There is a section on how to change our approach from incarceration to prevention.
