Default phone list approval - will the class. officer know if the list has been turned in?

Does anybody know if the classification officers at cfrc would know if the phone list has been turned in? When I called about my son she told me no it hasn't been turned in but she also said she hasn't seen him. My son knew before getting there he would need to turn it in immediately so I'm concerned if he hasn't yet because that's not like him. Thanks to all!

The classification officer assigned to son would be the person he would need to give the phone information to. He's probably waiting until he actually sees the CO rather than just sending it blindly to classification. That's probably a very good idea because things sometimes get misplaced if they are not handed directly to the proper person. I'm sure he'll be meeting his CO before too long- thats the person who will decide what custody level and programs he needs so that he can get moved to a permanent placement. My son didn't see his CO until he'd been there about 2 weeks. The first week is mostly prison orientation and then they start evaluating things like medical and psych needs before the CO's get around to seeing them.

My friend just recently turned his phone list in. He was at Lake Butler for 2 weeks and has been at Madison for almost a month now. I think he finally turned his list in about a week ago. I have no clue what took so long to get it to the CO. Everytime I would call and speak to her she would tell me the same thing, that she didn't have it. I did go ahead and send him a copy of the front page of my phone bill in the mean time though since my number is unlisted (I don't need any additional hold ups).
