Ive been using justtalk for a while & i have never had a problem with them...Yea they sometimes take out the $3.05 but as soon as u call they answer...They are always nice to me & always answer my calls so i dnt see y they would hang up...But good luck on ur search

i will be coming out to CA aug 8th (currently moved to KS for my family)...to drive to AZ EARLY fri mor with my husbnds sis and my two kids 7 and 3. would that be too much for you? AND, my flight leaves phx monday, my sis in law needs to be back in CA by sunday night. do you think we would be able to work something out? it would be such a big help. if not, its ok too. promise im not a psycho hehehe.

i plan on moving out to AZ middle of next summer, i want to buy a house. its a lot bettr than housing in CA (too costly). how's your neighborhood? are you working? if you have high speed internet? i can help you MAYBE find a work at home job thats what i do here in Kansas. my company has job placing for AZ area too. and if not. i know alot of other companys that are open to AZ. really sucks that CA is not open for work at home tho. anyway, maybe when i move out.

Hello ladies, my bf has been transferred to Nor th Fork he got to ok on July 5. I have checked out the North Fork forum and I was able to find out some info but no one really in there haha. My bf didn't like being in Az but I know for a fact he's not going to like North Fork in his letter he said they will be on lockdown till Oct ugh. Well, I did some research they have been on lockdown since oct of last year due to a riot omg I really don't think my bf knows the extent of this. I found out that he won't be programing cause they are not running any at this time, their allowed one call once a week ( I think its every tuesday) I'm used to talking to him at least twice a day every other day. So, that's going to be a little hard then the calls I hear are like 10 or 15 minutes thats some bs. I wish he could have stayed in Az but thats out of our hands. Plus, he was complaining how la palma was like county jail and didn't like it and wanted to be transferred haha I tried to tell him what makes him think somewhere else would be better and he said Ok or Ms had a better program and look he gets move to Ok where they are on lockdown and gradually and I mean slowly getting their privileges back. Me and him will be writing more than ever now haha alright I just had to vent a little

Ok so my love and I are going through it yet again. His mom and I visited last weekend. And I drove all the way from Sacramento. His mom had been sick and I suggested we visit together because she hadn't seen him in almost two years. He and I have been going through it since march and we were also supposed to focus on that. Well thatdidnt happen and couldn't w his mom there. When he first hugged and starered to kiss me she was talking to him. Really!?!! I was irritated. And he and I had no time to ourselves and any conversation we attempted to have was sabotaged by his mom. She interrupted and was overbearing. I felt like I saw him but didn't visit. And I've been distant on the phone w him since. And he kept asking me what was on my mind. And I told him. And he got so upset w me he doesn't want to even talk about it. It's all yucky w us.

they were very nice and refunded the $ each time it happened, they gave me a new number and it still happened .... so I just have to stay with Global tel. They (justalk) said that if he calls frequently that will happen ... the phone automatically puts a block.

Hey ladies... Sitting at the airport waiting for my flight... Hope everyone is doing well!! I'll also be in Eloy/Casa grande the second weekend of August... Had to take advangtage of my last weekend free before November... Hope we all stay strong ~ I know it's not always easy, but we gotta be strong and do what's right. For ourselves and our loves! just checking in. how are you and your man doing? because of your post, i actually brought it up with my husband because i'll be visiting with my sister in law next next weekend. i thought id throw it out there to see how he would feel if i felt the same way you did. it was more of a idk yet conversation. lol :/ i dont think it will go back but we will see.

i had a visit with my best friend and husband last time and i kinda threw a fit. i didnt like sharing him at all :X as it is, our two kids already take most of his time....then to share with another person, i was just being a baby. lol and was not afraid to tell him about it after...didnt matter much to him tho cuz it was MY best friend. hehe

well, i hope things are good.

i kno the feeling. i booked a flight for visit for the weekend of 8/10th too.
had to get it in or i never will. once the kids start school its sooo hard to get away and find cheap flights.

where are you flying from?

well since that visit things r not that good. He doesn't understand and feels we can just have a visit to ourselves soon. But all of it makes me uncomfortable. Cause I have to ask myself will he set clear boundaries w his mother when he is home and we try to make a life? She threw a fit in visiting whhen he told her he was coming home to live w me and I was picking him up. Then when she got up he said we will have to tell her I get out four days later so we can spend time. But honestly, I want him to b a man and tell her the truth. Yucky feeling alm the way around.

I'll take you up on this offer for sure! I drive out from San Diego to visit. This weekend was my first time and I left at midnight to make the 6:30am visitation, and it was AWFUL! I mean, the visit wasn't, but I hadn't slept since Thursday night, so the drive back was ridiculous. I got back at 6pm Saturday and went straight to bed and slept through the whole night last night. I was exhausted. I'd much rather drive out earlier Friday and do an overnighter where I can actually sleep.

Can you private message me so we can arrange something?? I'd LOVE to take you up on this - and I'd be alone. My daughter stays with family in San Diego while I'm gone.

Just talk is cheaper but you gotta make sure the funds are there. If you dont use the same card you used to set up your account, then you have to fill out a form and send it back. I jyst go to an ACE check cashing place & replenish my account there. Its quik and it loads right away. My GTL calls frm AZ to CA are 11.78 each!! $25 added is only for 2 calls. We use them for emergency calls only. The just talk calls are $3.25 for us & when there is an issue on their part, they will refund ur accnt. Hope that helps.

Hello LADIES... Hope you all are well!! My husband just transferred to La Palma last week. tyring to make it thru our last year in this crazy life! We been in 7prisons in the last 4years and I am used to this transferring crap. However this forum is kind of quiet. I am very outspoken and in love with my husband. (We married in Oklahoma in FEB.) I am active in all aspects of everything that I can be. I dont speculate and dont make statements unless they are 100% verifiable. You ladies are amazing for holding your husbands, friends, sons/ loved ones thru this difficult time and as hard as it is sometimes know that you and everything you do is GREATLY appreciated!

My babe is still on orientation for another week or so but I have a couple of questions for you.
Can they order thru Access?
Where can they get video games from?
I see the phone is GTL... MJ working?
Whats up with the visiting lady saying that it depends on with pod they are in...

yes, you can order from access. you can also order from https://walkenhorsts.com

Video games can be ordered from access, walkenhorsts, or amazon. They say you CAN order from Barnes and Noble but i know Barnes and Noble gets their games from GameStop so im not sure how that works. GameStop is NOT allowed any longer. and MATURE games are not allowed

As for MJ, i dont have an answer for you . I just use a prepaid with a 520 area code. and yes, GTL does rip us off a lot .

no, visits does not matter what pod they are in. there's only two groups GP and SNY. compound 1 and 2-SNY, compound 3-GP

last lockdown was actually this past Tues. but it was only for a day. an inmate in compound 2 died.
