Early Release of Prisoners in Missouri?

I Have A Question My Hubby Says That They Have Been Letting Inmates Go Earlier Than Their Original Outdate. Does Anyone Know Anything About This? I Could Sure Use Some Advice I Am Basically Concerned About Anything You Know About Class A Felons And Early Release He Has 4 Months Left It Would Be A Blessing If They Let Him Out Early I Have Been Doing This For A Long Long Time And I Am So Ready For Him To Come Home. Any Info Would Be Great Thanks And God Bless You And Yours Keep Your Head Up

To my knowledge, they are only letting the non-violent ones out earlier. The class A felons and those with 85% are pretty much doing the time required. I have not heard of any others that are being released sooner. I sure wish that were true! We still have a few years left.

Since he only has 4 months left, that should pass really fast. I can't wait for that!

Do you happen to know if it's a class A non-violent charge, if they would be considered for the early release?

I'm sorry, I sure don't. I think that the lower, C & D class felonies are the ones either not getting much time or getting out early. I really don't know much about this as it hasn't pertained to me I don't pay much attention. Sorry. If I do hear or see something, I will definitly let you all know.

I read that they r letting all non violent affenders with class a out early and class c and d fenonys that r first timers the parole board will let them out too as long as they agree to do classes or whatever they think is right....I been trying to find out about all of it..someone said there is a place on the official website on the legisilature that says about it or has a list telling everyone but I can not find it..if someone does find it can someone let me know where it is plz....
