Default False positive drug tests in Attica

Hi everyone---my fiance just got a false positive for suboxone and several guys on his block have had the same thing happen in the last few weeks. Is there any avenue the inmates can pursue for correcting this? The prison (it's Attica) has actually SEMI ACKNOWLEDGED that something seems not right, though they seem uninterested in actually addressing the problem. They claimed to have "checked the machine" and said "it's fine" but that doesn't carry a lot of weight in my book. I am posting to see if anyone else has had this experience and if they have any advice or suggestions. The inmates demanding a retest through blood isn't an option, the prison does't allow for that. Thanks for any help.
