if my friend has a 3 year sentence, 1 year pre-sentence confinement, when will he get halfway house or parole?

the reason i ask is becaus ethe dates on the computer say 10-15-2012 for parole eligibility and 4/13/2014 for mrd.

BUT do those dates change?

like this: 2 days a month for keeping your room clean, 4 days a month for having a job, 4 days a month for no write ups.
