Thumbs down Governor's Signature for Lifer's

The Governor has 49 recommendations for parole of lifers on his desk. In the past the governor has denied parole by simply ignoring Parole Commission recommendations to parole Lifer's. The legislature passed a bill this session (HB 302, MD Law Chapter 623). The bill says if the governor has not denied the parole recommendation in 6 months that the parole recommendation is automatically approved.

Does anyone know if the governor has acted on any of the 49 parole recommendations that were on his desk when that bill passed?
