Default 20 year old died in the jail my son is in today - freaking out

It wasn't my son but it makes me even more scared for them than previously a 20 year old with no history of medical problems died in the jail - apparently someone heard him "gurgling" and attempted cpr at jail and then at hospital and he passed away. My sons (yes both of them) have been in that jail for over 10 months now and i just today posted my first post we are awaiting the doc to "process" their paperwork to see when they will be eligible for release. Just heard that and thank the good Lord I had just talked to my son a few minutes before i heard the news story (since my youngest is 20) so that at least I wasn't concerned that it was him. Feeling abject horror and empathy and sympathy for the family of that young man and terrified beyond belief for all those still there.

Wow! That IS sad news. Without knowing all the details, it would be hard to know exactly what caused his death. He could have been sick prior to going to jail. It could be anything. Try not to let it freak you out. I know it's difficult, but you can't let that get to you.

Default now an explosion

Thank you for your response on all my posts and i know i need to be patient but just seems to get worse and worse - we are about 15 miles from the jail where they are and our house shook like crazy this morning - get up to find out it was an explosion at camp minden which is where bayou dorcheat correctional is located. THey say no injuries at BDCC but they have cancelled visitations for today as they are still putting out fires and have the base on lockdown - so my once a month visitation is gone . . . . don't get me wrong i am sooooo thankful they are okay but just poop!
