Angry South Louisiana Correction Center, Brasile

My Brother is in South LA Correction Center, in Brasile Louisiana. I am shocked at how bad this place is from what I read on line. Aparently private owned this place has serious problems...

The facility in Tallulah is Tallulah Correctional Center. You can see it from Interstate 20.

it's going to take quite some research and a few phone calls but it's not that hard. If you haven't located him yet and you think he is in louisiana, all you need to do is find a lis of the louisiana parish prisons and contact them. Ask them if you brother is there. They have to tell you if he is there but that's probably all they can tell ou over the phone. Once you fnd out, ask them for his D.O.C. NUMBER and the address so that you can write to hm. But it's a start. Hope you find him. Good luck. I know it must be hard for you.

IMPACT Program at Hunt: Does anyone have any experience with this? Our son has been 'recommended' for IMPACT. I've heard the hardest part is the 'intensive parole' for six months following IMPACT itself. Appreciate any replies.

Does he have an illness that maybe Angola can not treat ...such as ...liver problems , or maybe it could be because he is fixing to get out...i had a friend at Angola for 16 years and they moved him to hunt's,

how long was he in talluhla? if not long ...and if he got stiff sentence, he probably is at David Wade for processing into the system, if he has a long turn he probably will go to Angola. my son was at the Parish jail for 2 years...then he went to trial , and then after sentence, he was sent to processing center, then he went to where he lives now Angola. Angola is Maxium prison,

He was in Tallulah for 8 months and ended up needing surgery so they moved him to David Wade to the medical ward. He has less than a year to go ... thank god!

I only know they need our love and support, no matter where they are. And it's tough. The balance between loving them, supporting them, and understanding is a hard one. My prayers are with you.
