Default Counselor Extensions...

Does anyone have the extensions for the counselors? I need to get a hold of Ms. Bueno.

Thank you!

Ext5368. That's my hubby's councilor. I liked Kirk better but oh well, we're almost done with this fiasco called Jamestown. Best time to call is 8 am and FYI they work 4 ten hour shifts. So no one is there Friday to call (councilors).hope that helps

Hopefully who ever comes in is competent. If they don't get Thier paperwork done my husband will get stuck in Jamestown a month plus more than he should!! FYI tepee the extension number I believes stays the same! It did when she took over for Kirk!

Thank you!

Do all the counselors have the same extension?
Does anybody have experience with Gurney? I havent tried to call before, but Im getting pretty frustrated with all this talk about possible early release and my husband hasn't even been able to get into education to get the standard 6 weeks milestone credits. argh :/
Im doubting the counselor will be able to help me, but Ive been thinking about calling for awhile..

No they have different extensions, but first the extension was for councilor Kirk then bueno now gurney. They seem to be shifting a lot right now. I have had pretty decent conversations with the councilors except bueno. But they try to be helpful! Good luck

5368 didn't work.. it rang a few times then hung up on me

Has anybody ever gotten through to anyone by dialing 0 ?
or is there another way to reach counselors or an operator who can transfer me?

When u call press 3 for inmate records, then 1 and then speak to the ladies there. They are always very helpful to me. Also keep trying the extension sometimes it does that. FYI they answer if you call around 8 am and they aren't there on Fridays.

The extension for Gurney is 5028, and 5480 is the extension for the supervisor Silva
