Default Jpay

I used jpay last year to send money for Christmas and wrote in a card to let my uncle know I had sent it but this year since I'm not clear on what is going on, I'm wondering is that how they know they have money on their account? (I'm sorry for not knowing what it's called..) Do they get notified by the prison? I'm going to send a card of course but I'm just wondering about it.

Also, I read on the visiting rules page that if you travel over 250 miles they will overlook the background check for a visit if it's a emergency??? Yeah.. they didn't tell me that when his mom/my grandma died and I drove about 1000 miles. Thanks CTF. I called the whole weekend I was out in CA trying to get someone on the phone just so I could tell him and it took TWO WEEKS to get ahold of whoever is.. in charge of him(?) to call me back and let me speak to him because the guy was on vacation. Is there no back up?? I would have loved to see him but didn't think I had a shot because I hadn't done any paperwork

Default Trust Fund

I know they get a notification of how much money they have in their trust fund. I'm not clear on whether or not they are told who sent the money. I believe they get a notification once a week. (I'm still new to all of this so I know there will be others who can give you more info.)

Jpay sends the receipt to CTF and then CTF prints it out and gives it to the inmate and it has all your info on there.
