Default Can inmate ask case manager to send in a request for a review?

I know what I think, but now questioning myself! If in a Oklahoma prison ? Does or can you ask the case manager to send in a request for a review? I've always thought this is something a lawyer has to do in open court and the DA has to agree first? Any advice would help Thks in advice.
I'm hearing something the case manager can do it there at doc??

Oklahoma has 24 months to ask for a review by the dist judge. Which I thought you had to get a lawyer to file for the review. I also been told something about DOC (case manager) can ask or request a review? In front of the dist judge? Not sure about that? This is in hope's your love one can come home. I from what I here before a lawyer ( or this is what i'm being told) can get a review the DA has to agree? How can they agree if they don't respond to a letter sent by a atty! I hope I didn't just get took again.
