Welcome to Prison Talk. Is his case in US federal court or in the DC courts?

His lawyer is the best person to devise his defense strategy. If your husband has already been convicted, an appeals lawyer and/or one of the "innocence projects" are other contacts for you, and him to pursue.

Hi I have given your own post as you were tagged on the end of a USP McCreary lock down thread and our members may have missed your question.
If this is a new case your husband should have a legal advocate one chosen and paid for by him or one appointed by the court if he can not afford counsel. They will advise your husband on how to proceed.
If its an appeal then if you have already appealed and been unsuccessful you will need to find new grounds for appeal and get a lawyer to take his case.
