My boyfriend is in currently 6 months for violation for his felony possention with intent to sell. Stupid ass was getting that as a conditional felony and dropped to a misdemeanor, all while fighting an attempted murder case that was going to get pled down to nothing because it was just a simple fight against him, but he’s a known dealer so they slapped attempted on him, all of that would have been gone but now he got a DV case with me because he couldn’t stop destroying my shit and after his first arrest couldn’t leave well enough alone and got re-arrested 2 more times in the last month. He’s clearly spirling and has a bad drug problem and despite the abuse I still love him and want him to get clean. I was told that for all those cases there trying to give him a 2 year plea for stalking and criminal contempt and that would run concurrent with his 6 month violation. The worst is that I know for a fact the attempted murder was bullshit and I don’t understand why once everything was about to come to an end he just couldn’t hold it together and now he’s in such a bigger mess.

My man is in for armed robbery, we have 4 more years to go...
How long was the original sentence and did they say why? Im asking because my husband is being held on a federal armed robbery charge. I just want to know what to expect.

His crime. Domestic violence to me. They gave him a sentence of 3.5 years. I called the cops and today feel like it was the wrong thing to do. I live with the guilt everyday.
He got charged with an A2 felony - criminal possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree. He got 3 years, 5 years parole, but because he is young, this is his first offense and its non-violent, he did 10 months county, and the next 6 months he will be doing shock (he just stated). Shock cuts his time greatly, however, he is only limited visits once every 2 weeks, and one 10 min call every 2 weeks. It's basically boot camp, but I know he will change for the better in there and think twice about his actions. Plus, it keeps him busy!
[quote=MissBehavinn;6000740]Just wondering. You don't have to say the exact crime. I was wanted to get an idea of the crimes others have done compared to the people I know. The people I know were locked up for mostly property crimes and drug related crimes. Share any thoughts or comments.

I’ve been there! He never hit me but I called on him and I have felt guilty ever since but it was because he was doing drugs and being very dangerous around me n kids so I had to choose but it saved him and I have been there the entire time supporting him

Aww sorry to hear that!! Girl I understand exactly what you mean mine was on a destructive path as well. Now he see since he’s been there that I love him regardless and that he know he messed up when all I wanted was better for him
My fiance wasn't on his meds for his bipolar disorder and ended up hitting his daughter he got 18 months to 7 years and now regrets it and knows what happens when off his meds and plans on staying on his meds when he gets out. We also have a child together he never got to meet this child cause he went in before she was born. When he gets out I doing supervised visitation
Property crimes. Mandatory minimums are a joke for this type of crime. Both are running consecutively because the DA was a piece of trash and wanted to make an example out of her.

My husband was arrested in May 2019 as part of a drug bust. He is facing a possible Minimum Mandatory 25 years. Racketeering RICO, intent to distribute fentanyl and meth plus other charges.
Judge set his bond at 1 million dollars. They labeled him as a "Kingpin" which was so played up for media.
President Trump thanked our local Sheriff and Agents for arresting such "threats to society"
He has been out on bond a year now.
He reformed his ways 100% - which kills me. because I am afraid its too late..
