Help!!!! Another phone call drama for me! I was talking to my loved one on the phone tonight. My loved one was talking to me on my mobile phone (I'm in the UK so I think it's a cell phone in the USA!), I was out for a walk and a slight breeze whipped up. We were talking nicely when the phone bleeped. An automated voice then said something about a phone violation and terminated the call. My loved one was able to call back but I was so frightened we chatted for a couple of minutes before ending the call.
I'm a goody two shoes and I don't like breaking the rules. We weren't doing anything wrong. Was it the wind blowing down the phone? Will he get into trouble or lose phone privileges? I'm 36 years old but feel like a naughty schoolgirl, and I'm shaking and feel so stressed!
Any advice or experiences of this would be so helpful
The breeze might of just sounded like a three way call that they are not allowed. Because he was able to call back you should be ok.

Thank you so much... I've literally been sick with the stress so that has put my mind at rest. Is this a common occurrence and will the prison replay the call? Will he be in trouble at all? We were just chatting about how much we love one another... so the prison are more than welcome to listen away!
can inmate make calls the first day? or does it take time for them to process them into the system?
Yard A1? What times can they call? Can they call everyday?
When first arriving at any new prison, they have an orientation period. Typically 2 weeks. No phone during that time.
Nothing different about yard A (building 1) from other prison yards. Phone available every day. He should be able to tell you about specific hours when he does call.

Its quite possible. Not sure why but could be any reason.
Guessing that if the phones are down/broken, it may be tricky getting someone in to repair them.
Hopefully you will hear soon.
