I don't have any experience w/Lee....have you looked at their DOC page? If not, click link: Lee Adjustment Center

SAP isn't listed a being offered, but its always possible that DOC hasn't / doesn't update their site

LAC does have MRT listed (Moral Reconation Therapy), which is what My Mr took last bid. Its a 6 month program. ...but I thought it was Moral Recognition Therapy I guess that's what I get for thinking LOL

EDIT: Lee is a For Profit private facility. Its operated by CoreCivic by contractual agreement with DOC. All 3 private facilities were closed for a while & haven't been reopened too awful long. That CO must be new

Yes, they do have SAP. It's listed towards the bottom under treatment.

The guys there really like it so far. DOC has much more control over this contract than last time.

I see TC and MRT, but not SAP....is TC the same thing? The descriptor sounds like SAP. If so, I've never heard SAP called "TC." Learn something new everyday

TC isn't new. When A took SAP 4 years ago, he won an award, "TC Machine". I believe TC is a more formal name but yes, it really is SAP.

Thank you guys! They do have SAP there and heís definitely going to do it. I got a call early evening and it was so good to hear his voice. Heís called a few times since then. Heís kind of bored. They donít have weights which he loves to do, helps him pass the time. He was happy they have basketball goals though and trees! Heís wanted to see trees for a while now. Itís the little things! He wasnít happy about having to shower with everyone , at the other places heís been heís had privacy for that. It is what it is though. Itís prison. He said a CO stays in the room always which is awkward but I told him itís safer though & he said that was good way to look at it.

I had heard of that prison closing & itís past. I donít like the idea of the for profit / private prison thing but as long as they are okay towards him , itís something we have to endure.

The worst part of him moving is they lost his tv. It was on his property sheet checked by the CO before he left LLCC last night but it didnít get where he went. His guess is someone took it bc inmates do those jobs of loading the bus etc. They donít seem to care itís lost. His mom called & they said heíd have to report it & all. Of course heís going to but just like anything you have to stay on them about it.

Anyone ever have a LOís property get lost like that? I had sent him a lot of mail too. What is that fwd process like?

Thanks for all yíall do & answering my questions!!

Most of the time they will not forward mail. It'll all be sent back to you.

As for the missing tv, unfortunately it happens so they have Policies & Procedures for missing property. Sad that that is necessary.

Investigation of missing property

Have you enabled pop-ups, maybe that could affect it...?

They are links to the DOC page with the Policies and Procedures for Missing Property and Claims. The links go to .pdf pages. You can either try to go there on a computer or see if your phone will download .pdf.
