Default Virginia Halfway Houses
A friend of mine will be released in about a year from Fort Dix FCI (New Jersey) and is looking to get into a halfway house in Virginia. I'm coming up short in information from previous tenants or any information at all about them. Is anyone familiar with the Federal Halfway Houses in Lebanon, Winchester, Newport News or Norfolk? How are living conditions?

I will continue my search in the mean time.
